The family that eats together is a happier one,
say researchers from a small Spanish study.
According to the study, adolescents with anxiety, depression, or other mental health problems were more likely to come from families that didn't participate in family rituals, such as sharing an evening meal.
Celebrating special events with extended family members was another ritual more common among the mentally healthy, while the more troubled teenagers reported rarely participating in family activities.
